Flex is a simple base theme designed for Drupal 6 — and soon for Drupal 7 — that combines the HTML5 boilerplate markup with a responsive, mobile-first layout. It modifies default templates to use HTML5 tags and includes theme functions that will shim other modules into the workflow for responsive CSS. Flex is lightweight and can be expanded to include any other CSS framework you want to use.
