Azul is a lightweight subtheme of the Seven admin theme. It strips away most of the skeumorphic gradients and shadows of Seven, adds brighter coloring and updates several of the UI elements to more use more modern approaches to CSS and progressively enhances others with browser specific but gracefully degrading polyfills.
