Hops

Hops is coupled with Fractal for styleguide driven development.
It comes with a default configuration file and an example of component for UI Patterns module.

It uses Bourbon and SASS settings are included to be quickly effective with Neat and mappy-breakpoints.

Easy installation with drush. Check README.md for more details and planned improvements.
