COD Session Reviews

This sandbox module is used to create an add-on for cod_support that will allow for session review within COD.

Currently, basic reviewing works. Users with the reviewer role are able to access a list of sessions and are able to use fivestar to rate the session according to a set of metrics. They can also suggest wither a session should or should not be accepted.

Review feedback can be left separately for the co-reviewers and for the session author.

The overview page provides a summary of all reviews, which should help in deciding which sessions to schedule.

The ultimate goal is to provide the option of double-blind peer review.
