Support Ticket Tweaks

Provides a number of enhancements to the Support Ticketing System (http://drupal.org/project/support), including:

• Template-based theming for support notification emails
• Customized ticket submission, including submit-messages, redirect after submission and a themable "thank you" page
• Per client ticket creation pages
• Hides the subscription fieldset if user is not authorized to subscribe/unsubscribe
• Optional automatic support ticket path aliasing for sites without pathauto
• Faux-exportable support for clients via Features/CTools
