Domain reference roles

This module uses domain reference fields to control user roles on domains. Privileged users can assign roles to users on their own domains. The same user can have different roles on different domains.

The project consists of the following modules:

• Domain reference roles: Lets admins use domain reference fields to grant roles for specific domains for specific users.
• Domain reference roles blocks: Control which blocks are visible on domain/role combinations.
• Domain reference roles themes: Give users with certain roles on certain domains permission to change domain-specific theme settings.
• Domain reference roles assign roles: Lets admins give users with certain roles the ability to assign roles to other users, but only on specific domains listed in a domain reference field. (This makes my brain hurt just thinking about it.)
• Domain reference roles ctools: Ctools access control.
• Domain reference roles views: Views access plugin.
