My first steps with a bot module module.
You don't want to install this now.
It's currently using OG and a couple of content types: clients and tickets. Ticket comments have 3 fields: estimate (in minutes), accepted (or not) and state (open, discuss, closed, etc.) and the workflow follows from those fields.
Currently supports multiple users as clients and consultants. Client users are linked to a client group (perhaps the client group should actually be a project group).
IRC bot currently lets you (as a consultant):
- show your tickets
- show your client groups
- create a ticket associated with a client group
- punch in a ticket
- punch out of a ticket
