Availability Calendars Views Integration

Creates an option for Views that allows you to output a View containing calendar(s) availability data, not as the supplied widget, but with actual control over the various availability data.

This can be used for example as a combination (Example View Supplied) combined with the View iCal module to output an iCal feed for each Node that has calendar(s) - allowing integration with 3rd party booking providers such as AirBNB that allow iCal integration. (requires adding the View iCal module as well).

This module is dependent on two existing modules and extends their functionality:

1. Availability Calendars
2. Views

It takes the data provided by the Availability Calendars module that supplies the Available/Booked data for each calendar, and provides a View "type" that can display and filter according to the availability data.

The project is just a proof of concept, but it does work pretty well, it requires the user/admin to be familiar with Views and the Availability Calendars modules and to be able to create the views to USE this functionality.
