Edit No More

This module adds a checkbox in the edition form of each content type. Once checked, the content of each node of this content type will be uneditable (even by its creator).

These nodes can still be edited by a user who's granted the permission to "Edit locked content" or deleted/unpublished/made sticky by anyone with the appropriate rights (from action dropdown located above the list of contents as access to the edit form is forbidden).

Uneditable nodes can be used for creating newsletter issues ensuring that the web version displayed by the Drupal site remains identical to the one sent to the subscribers (through the simplenews module, for example) as long as the node isn't deleted.
