Features Package

This module extends the features of Twitter Pull module by using its core script.

Twitter Tweets is a small module, the only purpose of which is to allow super-easy embedding of public twitter data like: a user timeline or twitter search results by hashtag or a search term. The emphasis is on making these very specific tasks as easy and straightforward as possible. The purpose of the module is not to be an end-all solution for Twitter.

This provides chado feature specific export functionality to views data export.

Export Types:
- FASTA file of all features in a view
- KBio KASP marked-up FASTA file of all features in a view (if view lists SNPs will output a fasta of the feature the SNP is aligned to with the SNP in square-brackets).

Install requires a patch be applied to the views data export.

Module Description

This module provides a germplasm content type which is a specialized type of Chado Stock with an easier, germplasm-specific add/edit form and display.
