This module will not have a Drupal 7 version as more advanced and better modules exist. I suggest Service Links, Tweetbutton or FB Social integration
Czech & Slovak social networks is module which displays links to add current displayed node to Czech and Slovak social networks such as: Jagg.cz, Linkuj.cz, Asdf.sk.
Administrators are allowed to restrict displaying links to particular node types and selected networks. All networks are currently hardcoded into module, which is a TODO.
