LamTech Republic Theme

This is my first Drupal Project to be made available publicly. I was looking around for a community contributed theme to theme a website for Human Rights Commission in Sierra Leone. I used Marillina and Open Public Themes but both did not achieve my objectives individually. I decided to create a custom theme base on the concepts from both for a unique and appealing theme. Most of the code is base on the popular marillina theme. The frontpage banners are base on the Open Public Theme slideshow and the rest customized for the purpose.
