This project provides 'yahoo groups' type functionality within Drupal for mailing lists handled by an external mailing list engine.

That is, a mailing list engine (currently only sympa is supported) provides the email part of the functionality, with organic groups on drupal providing the web interface. It is similar to the og2list project in it's goal, but takes a different approach - instead of providing a mailing list engine that extends organic groups, it assumes all mail will be handled by the mailing list manager, and Drupal is the 'client' in a 'client-server' type relationship. The bulk of the complexity of the module comes from keeping messages and list configuration values in sync.

This is a collection of logging and alerts modules. They interface to the new custom logging watchdog hook available in 6.x.

Simplenews Template is a Drupal module that extends the Simplenews module by providing a themable template with configurable header, footer and style. Template, header, footer and style are configurable for each newsletter independently.

Simplenews Template can with advantage be used in conjunction with RelatedContent.

Alters contact forms to display the real name instead of the username.

This module allows drupal site users to maintain lists of other users, like a typical email client does. It is similar to buddy lists, except that:

1. it's designed for intranet sites, or trusted users where email privacy is not an issue.
2. it doesn't do anything useful on it's own, it's intended as a tool to serve other modules, like 'send'.

The inlineimages module is an add-on to the mailhandler module and provides the ability to process inline images - graphics embedded in multipart HTML e-mails.

If you want to use e-mail as the means of submitting content to a Drupal website and you want your content to be HTML with graphics - you do need this module.

This module create a new content type called node blaster. This can be added with title and description and more option becomes available on edit page where user can add node blaster content. This enables user to add series of content to be sent on a specified interval. User can select which day #node to be sent. This create a url that can be used for public.

This creates html form that can be used for signup. You can also add which url user will be redirected after signup. This code can be used on other site for signup process.

Mailsave is a module that is designed to interact with mailhandler. It will detach files that are emailed to the site and save them with the node. It can also interact with other modules such as image, to provide functions like automatic conversion of nodes to image nodes. This can be used to allow posting of pictures from devices like mobile phones.
