The Views Mail module provides a flexible method for sending messages to lists of users created by the Views module. You can view the history of how this module came about here: http://drupal.org/node/134931

The 6.x version is currently actively supported. The 5.x version will no longer be maintained.

The .dev versions previous to November 2009 work with versions of Simplenews prior to RC6.

The .dev versions from November 2009 work with versions of Simplenews from 6.x-1.0.

The mailarchive module allows you to subscribe to one or more mailing lists, messages from which will be stored in a threaded archive. It is then possible for users to browse and search these archives.

Active development is only happening in the 6.x branch of the code. Bug fixes will be accepted for the 5.x branch, however it is no longer being actively developed or maintained.

6.x-2.x-dev requires MongoDB. 6.x-1.x-dev does not.

We are not looking to upgrade this module to D7 at this time. If someone is interested in porting this module, please let us know.

Connect allows you to easily create very flexible petitions and email or fax campaigns using CCK.

The connect module more generally lets you link 'parent' nodes to 'participant' nodes, and allows the definition of actions to be taken when participant nodes are created, including sending emails to defined or looked-up targets. With the optional Connect CiviCRM module participant information can also be added directly to CiviCRM.

The GlobalTEK GTSpam module obfuscates email addresses to help prevent spambots from collecting them, without loosing the mailto URL scheme default semantics and operations (see RFC 2368).

This module intercepts all outgoing emails from a Drupal site and reroutes them to a predefined configurable email address.

This is useful in case where you do not want email sent from a Drupal site to reach the users. For example, if you copy a live site to a test site for the purpose of development, and you do not want any email sent to real users of the original site. Or you want to check the emails sent for uniform formatting, footers, ...etc.

This is also a good demonstration of what hook_mail_alter(), available in Drupal 5.x and later, can do.

The Share module hosts the ability to have several different types of ways to share content via widgets and tabs. It is now possible to manage hosts of sharing methods and set criteria for when and where to display those methods. Each share method can be displayed as a block, inside the node, or in node links.

This module expands the features of the site wide contact form. It eliminates the drop down category menu by generating a clean looking contact form (without a drop down menu) for each of the contact categories. Each contact form has a unique path i.e. 'contact/{category}'

You can also specify Additional information for each category that appears above the form and define the subject in the link to the form.

D7 version is fully translatable and compatable with the Internationalisation (i18n) module via the included Contact Forms Translation module.

This module allows visitors to subscribe to Nesox Email Marketer newsletters. Nesox Email Marketer is a professional email newsletter software and opt-in email marketing software for targeted mailing list building, email campaigns creating, bulk mailing, and open and click tracking at your own computer. For more informations about Nesox Email Marketer visit Nesox Website. This module is not a newsletter generator! This module is useless if don't use Nesox Email Marketer.

Provides system-wide personalization of e-mails by enhancing From and Reply-To email addresses with display names. After installing this module, a recipient will see the real name of the sender (eg. "Real Name <user@example.com>") instead of only its e-mail address (which is the default behavior of Drupal).

Disclaimer

Webmail is currently in an early development stage. Do not install this module in production environments. Even in development environments connecting to actual mailboxes may result in data loss.

This suite of modules will provide the ability to access external mail accounts (IMAP or POP3) to read, write and manage your e-mail right on your Drupal site.
